3. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, offers, orders and deliveries made through our website or via direct contact with our sales team.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business or organisation.
4. Products and availability
We offer wholesale smartphones, tablets and electronic accessories from verified brands and suppliers.
All product descriptions, images and prices are provided for information purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
Availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue products at any time.
5. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on our website are wholesale prices and are shown inclusive of VAT by default, unless otherwise specified.
Customers with a valid EU VAT number may qualify for VAT-exempt (0%) intra-community transactions after verification.
Accepted payment method: bank transfer.
Orders will be processed after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.
6. Minimum order value
The minimum order value for wholesale transactions is €1000 (excl. VAT), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout the European Union using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and DPD.
Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination, order size and product weight.
We ensure all parcels are securely packed and accompanied by appropriate documentation.
Note: ThePhoneHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, transport issues or force majeure events.
8. Risk and ownership
Ownership of products passes to the customer only after full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
9. Returns and claims
Due to the B2B nature of our business, returns are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect products and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number provided by our support team.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing replacements or refunds.
10. Warranty
All products come with a supplier or manufacturer warranty where applicable.
ThePhoneHub does not provide additional consumer warranties and cannot be held responsible for misuse, unauthorised repair or damage after delivery.
11. Account registration
To access certain features or pricing, customers must create a B2B account.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to safeguard your login credentials.
ThePhoneHub reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
12. Limitation of liability
ThePhoneHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, delays in delivery, or product availability.
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport delays or global supply chain issues.
